So Dan and I have both been training hard and eating clean, we had a week off after Antichrist ( it’s going to happen) but we’ve both noticed a massive difference. And I am not talking about looks as much as feeling better, more energy, no sluggishness, I feel great!
The food side if it actually I think has made training so much better. I suppose this is a no brainer but I used to have the “I train hard so that I can eat what I want” attitude. I have always eaten healthy food, just I have filled the gaps with crap ;) as a coeliac is extra important that I plan my meals carefully so we have been having fun finding and making new foods. Today Dan has made a very low fat protein flapjack which is really tasty. In a few days (when is gone!) I shall make peanut butter protein cookies. I think “in a few days” is probably a bit ambitious for making the flapjack last though….
